Terrible trader with terrible communication and terrible eel. This naturally requires substantiation and explanation. Eel ordered. 3kg. 100/200 gr. LARGE HALF WAS UNDER 100 GRAM !! There were even several under 40 grams. Of course, where people work, mistakes are made. So a neat mail sent. Response was sometimes slow, once I had to send an email asking if the email below could be answered. A proposal was made for a 15 euro discount on the next order. I didn't really want this. Because we had smoked the eel that was on weight, but it was so salty that I had difficulty eating 2 on it, but I really didn't want it afterwards. So this also appointed. After a week of emailing, I was asked to return the eel. This I had thrown in the bin after a few days because the air was unstoppable. This communicated back. The reaction I got then ..... what a ridiculous performance. I did get the money back, but I was never allowed to order from them. Conclusion: the eel that was then good: way too much salt. and most of it was under the promised 100 grams. Do not order here!

What a shockingly bad rude organization. 3 kilos of raw eel ordered from 100 - 200 grams each a € 53.25. More than 2 kilos was under 100 grams (34-100 grams). The other kilo was between 100 - 138 grams. After the 2nd email, since we had heard nothing after 3 days after sending the first email, they offered a meager compensation of 15 euros discount on a next order. After a night of sleep we found this not acceptable. More than half was below average ... After we asked for a 50% discount, we received the following email; Good morning, We have a better solution. We have fully refunded the € 53.25, under the condition that you will never order anything from us again. In this case, that is a win-win situation. We also wish you a good weekend.
