Love doing the mini cruise over from Newcastle. The cabins are adequate for what they are however the walls are paper thin... so much so that when the people next door decided to... you know... we could hear absolutely everything! Wee trip out to get a hot chocolate from Starbucks on the ship (which is a machine and not an actual Starbucks).

What a beautiful boat. Have lots of thing to do on board and everything is really well made and taken care of. It's really clean in the bedrooms to.

Each day around 5pm the DFDS ferry goes to Newcastle. It's an interesting show. Just next to it there is a pub where you can drink beer or benches from where there is a great view.

The food at the restaurant was terrible, but the service was great, the rooms were nice (and cozy), the upper deck is hard to find (just like everything else on the ship, the 20 minute treasure hunt trying to find the cinema had no result) but has a nice view and getting of the ferry went fairly quickly and efficiently.
