Relaxing way to travel with great service from the staff on board. Happily using the Amsterdam to Newcastle DFDS ferry for over 20 years !!

Enjoyed atrip taken back in September 2014 found the Midweek crossing from Newcastle a really nice journey the sea was like a mill pond was on a tour around the 70TH Anniversary of Arnhem commemorate events ,Staff very helpful Food first class and excellent value , forward cabin on outward journey mid portside cabin on return journey both cabins were clean comfortable and adequate for both crossings.Easy departure and arrival arrangements prompt sailings to advertised, loved the variety of bars entertainment plenty of choice and services for all ages and tastes. Thankyou. Would definitely travel again on this route when time available and all back to normal

Travelling to Newcastle during the pandemic on a very quiet ship. The crew were excellent and hygiene standards very high.

Newcastle to Amsterdam... Lovely and smooth trip. Amsterdam to Newcastle... Scary and 15 hours of seasickness
