Great store, always very helpful
I came here when my dog was a puppy and I was treated so roughly. Advice? I'd rather call it intrusive. Indicated that I have no need for this. Does the 'lady' enter into a discussion with us and we MUST let her talk. I didn't like that. Then I left and explained to them in an email what was bothering me. Their response: "If you had done your homework then ..." PARDON? I really never come here but never again and the service was so bad that now that I write a Google review, I immediately take the opportunity to warn everyone. Yes, if you are a compliant customer and want to get everything covered, go to it, but if you have your own opinion that does not correspond with the lady who works there, pffff, you better stay away.

We buy a lot here, everything that is needed for our dogs we always get here. Today indicated that I lost my loyalty points card and asked if I can get a new one, I was told that the cards cost 0.50 and that they only give them to new customers!?! Nice customer friendly (NOT) maybe useful to also deal with your existing customers?

We always buy food for our dog here because they have a lot of choice regarding KVV and other products. Fine store where they always help you with a lot of knowledge and good advice.
