Got a fantastic Van Gogh print from them as a gift last year. Since then I ordered myself. If you need it they offer really great curated help from their team. Would totally recommend if you don't know what you want in a canvas but you do know you want a nice piece of art!

Ordered a photo on paper and a photo on canvas. Canvas would take 4 to 5 weeks and photo would be ready within a week. Then I only receive both after 4 weeks, not communicated about it. Then I ordered the photo on paper with size 60x40 so that it fits exactly in the frame. What do I get? 60.5 x 40.3. So it will be cropping yourself. You pay a big bag of money to have someone press a print button and put it under a cutting machine. This is very moderate. Still 3 stars for the beautiful canvas.

At the end of November I ordered a work ... the website had a delivery time of three weeks. A day later I received a message that it had to be taken into account "with a longer delivery time than you are used to from us". Well, I order for the first time, so I have no comparison. It is a Christmas present, that mailed, but I get a vague answer that it is busy and that because of corona work has to be done differently etc. etc., but no answer whether the present is there for Christmas. Then called. Then I was told that the order would be shipped on Monday December 21. Heard nothing, no Trek and Trace. We are now a week later .... still nothing. Three weeks is secretly more than four weeks ... and indeed I hear NOTHING. Bad experience. I have all respect for starting entrepreneurs, but you win me over with openness and an honest, clear answer. Do not let yourself be heard, and promise in advance .... Once and never again.
