Very good fish restaurant. Friendly (too friendly?) staff, very interesting dishes. Bit out of the way, but worth the travel.

We had the chance to try the 7 course menu, everything was perfectly cooked, tasty and well presented, the service was really friendly and professional, and the wine pairing was really excellent, with a lot of explanations , highly recommended !

Good food and friendly staff

Expectations were high and we had been looking forward to eating and sleeping here. All in all, dinner was OK, but the courses were (as far as we are concerned) rushed through it very quickly. According to the service, all this had to do with the alcohol combination, which of course was no longer possible after 20:00. The fact that there were also non-alcoholic drinks, and we thought that was fine, did not matter in terms of pace because it was mainly aimed at getting ready early. The fact that we could also eat well without alcohol did not matter and only led to a nice juice with the dessert at 8:30 PM (By the way, they had nice juices that were very tasty by the way.). Being rushed, with a somewhat distant and businesslike service (taking wrong orders for notice), none of this really made the great evening we expected. The hotel itself is under maintenance, with rusting grids and peeling paint in the bathroom and a somewhat noisy room. Breakfast is not really a cheerful intention and mainly consists of long-life products. Not exactly the fresh things you would expect here at the 'deluxe breakfast'. Unfortunately, it is not really about putting the guest first, but rather that you can be happy to be able to eat and stay here. It is all a bit haughty. We can imagine that this Corona time has an impact on everything, but it remains a shame.

Arrangement brought us here, PuurZee spoils you with a 7-course fish dinner. TopTop Top, finally a chef who knows how to prepare fish, haddock, brill, scallop, smoked salmon, delicious eaten. Classic wine list, but a description of the wines with its character would be desirable in my opinion, now think that a lot of people cannot make a choice and are shocked by some bottles in terms of price.
