Worst dealer ever, stay away! Been sold a car whose engine was about to break down. Kept going back because the engine light kept coming up. One of those times I had not droven more than 200meters. Car just wouldn't start, I had to leave it and come back next day - and I lived 2h away. Getting my deposit back was never an option. But the best is yet to come. They put a new starter engine on the car, and I could drive for a few months... And then the engine was out. Won't start. My own garage said the engine light should have turned on... And it did, but Koningshoek had its mechanics put a piece of foam on top of the led in the dashboard so I wouldn't see it! Though about seeking legal action against them, but ended up buying a new engine and the car still drives amazingly up to this day. Be aware: dishonestly, foul play and incompetence runs high at this place.

Anti-social attitude at this company. Call in the morning for an appointment to view a car. Ask if we have to meet a time ... "No, this is the appointment, I'll see you this afternoon!" On the way to the company I just want to check the ad and see that it is gone so I call them to see if the car is still there ... “No, I already sold it! If someone comes along with a bag of money, I'll give it to me ”. I can still get into that, but when I ask why he couldn't have called I get the response: “I don't have your number anyway. Do you know how often it happens that people don't show up, ”he says. I say: "If that happens so often, you always write down a number when you make an appointment". But sir did not think that was necessary and again it was about the bag of money that the other customer had with him. Apparently a business that only focuses on making money quickly and that unfortunately does not consider customer friendliness and service to be of paramount importance. I am happy that I have not bought anything there yet and I continue my search for a car that is for sale at a company that deals properly with a (future) customer.

Went here for a new car, what a strange, negative atmosphere there is in that company! Disinterested / arrogant salesman, who does not come to you, when I heard how a dissatisfied customer was snubbed on the phone, I just left. From now on I will go to a reliable car garage where I will be treated like a king.
