Last week the lease car returned to this company. Since the appointment was early in the morning, the car had been neatly washed and vacuumed the day before. Right there on time in the morning. Does such an employee tell me that the car is very wet ... Yes, it makes sense on an early autumn morning that I had not gone to dry the car with a towel in front of the entrance. The employee also saw bird droppings on the car. Welcome to the Netherlands where birds fly and driving with a tarp over the car is difficult to look through the front window when driving. In short, the employees are really a joke because they have any sense of reality strange.

The damage was properly recorded and explained, and an appointment was made for repair. The agreements, communication and implementation were excellent. The customer was also carefully listened to for a replacement car and a car that could also transport a wheelchair was made available. This repairer is highly recommended!

I have ordered a new part of the caravan here and have it sprayed. That is very neatly done, communication about activities is excellent. Because it has an OMNIA status, no deductible with the insurance (it was damage).
