Never let these people buy you off with gift certificates or the like, scam in its purest form. Without even mentioning a validity or best-before date on gift vouchers, the Schmit family has no difficulty in having gift vouchers declared invalid.

Children's shoes purchased. I asked if she could measure my son's feet, but that lady came in a smaller size than he has been on for 4 months and I could still see that he was not standing straight on that shelf 🤔 Eventually it turned out that with 31 a lot better to fit than size 29 😂 The day after the purchase it turned out that both shoes had a different length of lace, so went back, but got no solution at all .... In our previous place of residence I was used to better service (and better quality shoes) in a children's shoe store. I will not go back here.
