Very difficult to reach, nowhere a working phone number and a website and Facebook is the last of 2015!

What a bad service at this case, shoes bought here but within a week zipper broken shoes were further perfect so done away receipt because with shoes that are normally priced at 120 euros you expect no problem. Thankfully pinned in the store so you think no problem, But pin transaction is not recognized according to the store employee. Very disappointed back home, unfortunately only two shoes are left in Beverwijk where I know where to buy shoes in the future. If people think that they can deal with customers that way, I think we will soon have to miss a shoe store on the Breestraat again ..

Children's shoes for 2 year old bought on their advice, turned out to be just too small. When we wanted to exchange they made it difficult because they were used (bought 15 minutes before) and they had not even walked outside. Eventually it was allowed to be exchanged but for shoes that we did not like and we did not get any money back !!! So never go here for children's shoes !!! This is the second time already, and what an arrogant staff.
