Recommended! The staff is very helpful and very nice. I bought a stroller and I was even allowed to put it in the car to see if it fits.

Ordered online a stroller that was supposed to be delivered the next day (confirmed in the mail). I called 2 times (no answers to mails), waiting 30 minutes each time, and each time they confirmed it would be sent the next day. After 10 days, they discovered it was not in stock, and would not be soon. order cancelled. another 5 days have passed, and I have to chase them again to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.

One star lesser because there s no elevator, wich is a great loss for this great store. The stairs are very wide, so i m sure it s a small expense to make a platform going up and down. Upstairs you can get free coffee or tea and fresh buns with ham or cheese, and there s a changing room and toilet. Especially the employees are very kind, helpful and patient to give you advices and make you aware of the discounts and deals. Even the deliveries are flexibel in case you need to postpone. There s a small department for clothes, but up to date, funny and cute stuff. Parking is in front and in the back and for free.

Terrible customer service... I wrote an email and no answer yet and then I contacted them through facebook chat and the response they gave me is unnaceptable! I bought one product online (babycook) among others and they want me to go to another city to be able to exchange it... that was the response...which is ridiculous because I bought online to not go to a store.. It is not my fault that the product is defective in the first place... if I would have know I would have bought it in bol or amazon... I need either a replacement in the same way it was delivered or my money back!
