Stay away from this monopoly! For exchange of 1940$ they wanted to pay 1520€ when today's rate on Dutch stock market was 1700€ for 1940€ so 180€ difference. Crazy. I should have been maximum 40-60€ not 180! Thief's

I had to pay my rent. Since it was temporarily not possible at my own bank. So I go to the gwk office, the lady behind the counter says that they only transfer money to trading partners. In other words you can no longer transfer money. Now I wonder what are they good for! nowhere anymore actually and with the exchange of currencies you are also ripped off by them. The lady behind the counter also drew an arrogant head that could also be replaced by a robot because they have nothing to offer. In short, bad service to no service! close quickly and get out of Alkmaar!

NAF ordered. Apparently it was a pain and they did their best. We were allotted everything they received. Great involvement and good communication.
