I went there to view a car. Friendly reception. Beautiful used cars. Neat case. I passed. I could also trade in my Volvo c 30 there.

Bought a car in 2019, nice staff and good service! Complaints about the car during the warranty period have also been properly resolved and good service provided! Top company! Recommended!

Such a shame, indicated in the warranty period that the cooling continued to work. I was not taken seriously and now it appears that a repair is needed for 360.00 euros. Of course outside the warranty period. Because I now have the car in maintenance at Broekhuis Haarlem, it is being pushed back to Alkmaar. Broekhuis Alkmaar has never responded to a complaint. Update: Broekhuis Alkmaar took immediate action in response to my review. I was approached in a very sporty way by Patrick and Broekhuis Alkmaar took care of all costs, applause Patrick.
