Bought a second-hand Opel Astra here in August 2019. Well served and neatly dealt with. Unfortunately afterwards it turned out that everything was wrong with the car and after that I was helped very unprofessionally. I have rarely experienced bad service and follow-up like this. A few weeks after purchase, I had my car checked by my regular dealer in the area and it turned out that there were still a number of defects, namely the message 'vehicle urgently needs service', the turbo housing was torn at the waste gate, the gearbox bearings were worn and there was a high hiss / noise that could indicate a faulty flywheel. Within the warranty period of 3 months I have been in contact several times and the car was then returned for repair. I was able to pick it up again after an afternoon, but unfortunately it turned out that the defects were not resolved. After that we had contact several times again and brought the car along for a second time. Then they replaced the turbo house, but the noise would be nothing. Unfortunately the car recently (early September 2020) gave a loud noise when starting the engine when starting the car and the 'engine management / problems with your engine' light came on and I got the car to my mine as soon as possible regular dealer brought to have it checked here. It turned out that the noise (the high-pitched noise) for which I had been twice in my warranty period last year and which would be nothing, nevertheless the indicated defect was on the flywheel. I also immediately contacted the Rietmeyer garage as this was the result of previously reported and also from my dealer it was indicated that the status of the car and the parts should never be so broken and worn with this KM position. Unfortunately, the garage did not respond. Only after calling in legal help did things move and I was allowed to bring the car to have it looked at. I lost the car for two weeks. After the many contact we had had before, I was happy that action was taken. When picking up I asked for an overview / report of the work done. This was done very vague and was not available. I had to send an email and it would be sent. This was also done right away, unfortunately I get no response to this after calling / emailing several times. Eventually I received a written receipt with vague descriptions of the activities. My confidence in the car is completely gone by this garage and I really want to advise everyone not to just buy a car here and end up with the same bad luck as me. My regular dealer also indicated that they had never experienced this like this with a competitor. For me, this means that this car will be exchanged for a safer option as soon as possible.

We bought a car from this company came all the way from Limburg for this. There was a minor damage to the bumper. Have that repaired in Limburg. Everything was arranged perfectly. The service and customer friendliness was perfect. A big 10. Can highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately unable to make a deal. Called a day later that it was possible, but had already made a different choice. Too bad, it had been a nice car.

Bad experience with it. Bought a car and asked some technical questions got an answer to but later turns out to be wrong. Seller has concealed the problem. Called the dealer behind and it turned out to be incorrect what was told to me. Then called to garage and they didn't know whether they have enough experience or someone is cheating. Now after 1 month I have a non-working air conditioning pump.
