It always takes a while, but then you also have something, tasty burgers / fries and very friendly staff.

Incredibly poor service and far too long waiting time. 4 individual orders made, after eating the food for literally an hour. The burgers were only lukewarm! French fries very good (last baked). Had been nice that they had announced in advance that it could take a long time. If I had known we would have ordered somewhere else. Reason: there were already some civilians who had to go first. There were 5 people inside ... The baking tray wasn't even full. People who came in much later than us were gone again. And if there are not 8 people able to buy, then buy a larger grill or I personally advise people with 6 or more people not to order there. Also through previous experiences: a pity but unfortunately not for me anymore.

Although it was very quiet in the shop, we had to wait for our food for more than an hour. The appetite was far from us. Never again for us.
