Coming out today (18 June 2019) the alarm went on because the staff did not do their job taking away the security tag. But instead they were very rude with us, aggressive and did not even apologize when it was clear that the problem was that they had not done their job. Very disappointing also because we are regular customers. The management should do something.

2 stars for the nice clothes, but what a bad, unfriendly service at Costes in Alkmaar. My daughter (has size xs) had seen a very nice skirt on a mannequin. The rack only hung size M to XL. The doll had a size S. When I asked one of the saleswomen if she could try on the doll's skirt we got "no". First they called someone if there was a size S somewhere, this turned out not to be the case. Then the saleswoman checked the rack and came to the same conclusion as my daughter and I. There was no S in the rack. We only had to bring a size M to try on so she could see if that “she would like it anyway”!?! Because it was busy .... Excuse me...??? There was no customer at the checkout and it was soon our turn at the dressing rooms. Moreover, you could easily pull the skirt over the doll! That would have been faster than doing so difficult. Size M was of course not a meter because it was too spacious and too long. She would just have liked to fit that size S. But if you prefer not to sell anything for retailers in this bad time, keep it up. We were done with it. I am happy that in a few days I can just go to Costes Eindhoven again .... much more pleasant and friendly staff (but yes that is Brabant hey ...) At the Only few doors decent and super nice help And I passed a nice skirt!
