BMW Keram Maastricht has great service and they definitely know what they are doing. I first went to Kwikfit Sittard for my MOT inspection (APK keuring). Kwikfit told me they could not approve my car as they were unable to measure the lambda value of my car. Kwikfit recommended me that there is possibly a complex issue with my car and that I should go to a BMW garage to get it fixed. I did pay Kwikfit €30 for the MOT inspection. As per Kwikfit’s recommendation, I made an appointment with BMW Keram Maastricht. Upon arrival, the service reception did not properly understand what the reason of my appointment was, I was a bit annoyed. Then they asked me how long they were allowed to work on my car. I didn’t immediately understand why they asked that, so they explained that the tariff is €120 per hour and if it is a complex issue it could take several hours, which could result in an extremely high invoice. I told them to work 2 hours on it and then let me know what they found. Some hours later that day, I got a call from the mechanic. They told me that there were no issues with the car and that the MOT inspection was done and approved. The price I had to pay was only €45.
