Unfortunately a bad experience with them. Bought LED strips to finish the grow room this weekend. Unfortunately one of the LED strips did not work. Called, and they would send in a new one so it would be in on Saturday. Unfortunately nothing in the mail on Saturday. So it won't be Tuesday at the earliest. When mounting the strips we found out that the wires are very badly attached to the LED strips, which resulted in another broken LED strip. Once and never again. In spite of all the beautiful reviews here, but a nice shop and neat service are lost if your supplied materials are not in order. UPDATE: They solved the problem satisfactorily.
