Keram Schadeherstel

Over the last 5 years, I have had my car several times at Keram Schadeherstel; 2x car thefts, damage by train doors at the Eurotunnel, 3x broken windshield, refurbished aluminium wheels, parking damage, small dent removal, and probably more that I forgot. They have always been very professional and friendly, and always have been giving that extra service. I have no problem recommending them, and next time I need a repair, I will be back there again.

Great service! Our Countryman JCW had black stripings on the hood and doors at the time of purchase, but on closer inspection we preferred not to have them .. 6 months after the purchase, they were all removed within an hour, the car polished and washed and also free coffee 👍 😊

No damage they can't handle

Top company! Have my car damage recently made and what did these damage repairers do a nice job. Very good service and friendly staff. Highly recommended !!

Poor service, poor quality and lying where you stand. It starts with dramatic communication; made an appointment that apparently had to be moved because of a problem with their planning. Of course it can happen, but instead of calling me a little, they will send an email after closing time, the day before the repair, so I can no longer respond. Then they also deliver half the work during the repair itself by not mounting the camera correctly, which meant I had to go back. There could be no excuses from just a "we will not have mounted the camera properly". To top it off, they have given me a loan car; "You will receive this free of charge from us", but afterwards I will receive an invoice through the lease company. I understand that they cannot scour all contracts, but then you have to be honest and say "you will receive a loan car from us and we will invoice this to the leasing company", which is different from "the loan car is completely free / free of charge" because so that is a lie. After I confronted them with this, they were treated extremely unkindly, especially by the team leader who showed zero understanding. As a final scammer, they still bill fuel while the car has been refueled at the nearest gas station and the car that I got was not even full. Small detail about the loan car: on their website they claim that you get a car without advertising; that is also not true. So lies and deception here, as if you were going to some sort of seedy.
