The start went well, but later the guidance became very angry. No consultation with other healthcare providers. When I decided to switch, no more cooperation. Scandalous!

VERY BAD! Last summer I had an appointment at Apnea Center Uden, in connection with an investigation into Apnea. Here I picked up the equipment and I had to connect myself at home based on an online instruction video. I'm only 10min in total. been inside. Then I had to take the equipment back with me so that the doctor could read it out. After a few weeks later I had an appointment with the doctor who told me that I had no apnea. This conversation has +/- 20min. lasted. Now I get a bill of no less than € 765! This is disproportionate to the care provided. I have also been in contact with the Apnea Center about this, after calling twice, I was always promised that they would call me back. After no answer, finally called me again, whereupon they said I would be called back again. No more telephone contact and receive an explanation by email from Floris Bom Director of Apnea Center Netherlands, why the bill is so high. It was simply said that Corona had to incur additional costs for them, which also made the bill higher, and they were told that the money they had declared to my health insurance company had not been received in full. As a result of which I called my health insurance company, and they said that Apnea Center had received the full invoice. The DBC codes submitted for my bill included hospital admissions and such additional costs. Which I did not make. I then emailed Mr Bom again, saying that the costs were not completely transparent. After this email it was radio silence. I had another call and again they promised they would call me. Still haven't heard anything. This company is not worth the nose. and I don't advise anyone to do business with them. Greetings Leon van Kronenburg

Clinic that is really advisable for research and treatment. Have had a CPAP since a few months and feel reborn. Clinic takes the time for you and when there are problems you can always go quickly. Recommended!
