The women working here is always friendly and yesterday the man working here gave me genuine advice and now I have the perfect gift for My girlfriend and my anniversary. Has been a regular customer at Het Goudpaleis since 2000, and has bought everything over the years. Today 18-10-2019 visited again to change a watch battery, outside it was dog weather. It would take 15 minutes, but that wonderful gentleman was not allowed to wait in his case, because the gentleman would be busy behind. Door was just open, so everyone could walk in, but as a regular customer I was not allowed to wait for my watch there. Why? Would it also be the case if I had a light skin color instead of a brown skin color ??? Of course I left with my watch without changing the battery. Good luck with your metal shop, I hope your metal shop doesn't exist for long.
