Has been a regular customer at Het Goudpaleis since 2000, and has bought everything over the years. Today 18-10-2019 visited again to change a watch battery, outside it was dog weather.
It would take 15 minutes, but that wonderful gentleman was not allowed to wait in his case, because the gentleman would be busy behind. Door was just open, so everyone could walk in, but as a regular customer I was not allowed to wait for my watch there. Why? Would it also be the case if I had a light skin color instead of a brown skin color ??? Of course I left with my watch without changing the battery. Good luck with your metal shop, I hope your metal shop doesn't exist for long.
What a nice thing this is, with hard-working, sweet, helpful and thinking people. My mother, who is already old, and has never actually bought anything from a jeweler, had a number of rings from an inheritance that she wanted to be entertained so that she could also wear them. She was afraid what it would all cost, yes, those people are of the old stamp, but Anita pointed out to her that she could exchange the remaining gold and the repair costs would not fall. My mother was overjoyed, especially when she saw that the rings were also cleaned properly, they were like new. We will definitely come back here !!
