Advertising with a so-called valentine promotion, 14% discount on the entire website. They only forget to mention that they have first increased all prices of the items prior to the promotion. When I wanted to order something again 2 days later, I was surprised to see that all my ordered items had been reduced in price and I was even cheaper than with the so-called promotion including discount. Once but never again. Not a fair course of action. In addition, extremely long delivery times and most I found on Ali Express for much cheaper with the same photos. Actually just got ripped off. Oh yes and all the positive reviews below? Question it. Most of them seem fake, especially because they all only have 1 review.

December 19 placed an order. No confirmation by email, but that can happen once ..... After 2 weeks I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent an email on December 30 and a quick response that something had gone wrong with the emial address . January 6 sent another email that I had not yet received the order. The next day was responded to neatly with: Hi Claire, Thank you for your message, sorry that it takes a little longer. I immediately checked it for you. I see that 3 of the 4 items are already waiting for you. Unfortunately, the last item has not yet arrived for you. I expect to receive this within a few working days. And then it will be sent to you immediately. Unfortunately, with the new collection it takes a bit longer than we expected due to corona, you can always email us and we will keep you informed immediately! You will also receive a message from us when it is shipped. It won't be long I guess Love, Senya January 14th I send another message that I had not received anything yet and the next day I answer neatly: Hi Claire, We are only waiting for the blouse lifetime. I expect to receive it within a week and then you will receive it immediately. Yes, this could be returned immediately, but yes I could still pay the shipping costs for the return shipment. I NEVER ORDER HERE MORE !!!

I think WebsTash is a super nice online store with the latest trends in fashion! In addition, the website is very clear and easy to operate. There is even a "new" and "bestsellers" heading which is very useful. Communication is very smooth, because the site has a chat function. In addition, they are also easy to reach via email, Facebook and Instagram. The delivery time of the products is also minimal! So really all top top top and I definitely recommend ordering here :)

Hi, I posted a pretty negative review here 2 days ago and at that time I really thought that. However, it now appears that afterwards the communication did not go well and that my daughter can still choose a new item. So I would definitely like to apologize to Webstash Webshop and say that they DO provide GOOD SERVICE toc. With many thanks, mainly on behalf of my daughter. Super nice site with very nice items. Have not ordered anything myself (explanation below), but often hear good things about Webstash. This is also the intention to become a promo girl! One thing I came across was that the site was not doing well. When I wanted to look between the sale, the page got stuck and I couldn't click anything anymore. This also happened when I closed the page completely and opened it again. Also adding items to my shopping cart kept loading, so I didn't buy anything in the end.
