Totally different model !! Much too short and also careless, while it has been indicated several times in advance that they want to keep the length. She says she tuned this in, why the dog was there for almost 1.5 hours and could be picked up after half an hour. She was probably running out of time and this was the easiest solution. At the collection, there were already 2 other dogs. Only when I indicated that I would not come back she indicated that she would meet otherwise with a vlg visit. Why not immediately when I nicely indicated that I was dissatisfied. And how would you feel if you weren't even told how your dog did it the 1st time. Other dog owners I encounter during walks confirm the poor quality and do not even recognize her and neither do I. Never again!
This grooming station is good, the groomer knows how to handle the dogs well.
Today our dog Fenna trimmed. Went quickly and our dog now looks perfect and that for a reasonable price. Very friendly and very patient.
