Went in to look at certain brand of sneakers but they didn't have any. A very friendly employee then showed me something similar. In any case, they ran fine in the shop. After a pleasant conversation about the shoes, among other things, we have indeed bought these shoes. Reasonable choice available and clearly displayed.

Walked into the store for dance shoes, and at first I found her friendly. The shoes I wanted were not there and then she started to use intrusive sales techniques, which makes you feel intimidated. Eventually I left, but did not like the experience and I can imagine that customers will buy something that they do not really want, but will be so overwhelmed that they will switch tack!
