I have had 2 hearing aids since March 2019. Have gone back a few times to have devices adjusted. The result was not really better! Until I went back on May 6 to say that I was still not happy with it, 'new hear'! There was another Hearing Care Professional with a very but then very different approach. Marijn Hermans said it is really BETTER HEARING. Compliments.

I wanted to make an appointment to have my hearing aid checked and reset. What went well? The company did indeed call me back. What didn't go well? I was telling my story when the line suddenly broke (or did they just hang it up ?!) Nobody called me back and because they called from a secret number I couldn't call back. Maybe they could not / would not help me but this is not the right service that I am used to in the Netherlands.
