I bought a designer radiator from them but it was not complete, the mounting material is missing. I let them know and they would look for it but I have not heard anything and they no longer respond to my messages. Not recommended .....

Crazy! Super service. Among other things, idd sells products from the BVA auction, but when I picked up my auction (bath) I was able to buy all sorts of other things for my bathroom at unbelievably good prices. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Thanks! I'll definitely return!

It is okay. Not very good, not very bad either. They could be a little friendlier, after all, they remain a customer. But that is not so important, I believe. Unfortunately

Be warned! This company sells goods through BVA auctions .. Note article descriptions are no good. We have purchased a product that was described as "new product", but we soon noticed that it was a used item!
