Asked about dog toys that can not be bitten, and therefore a product advised from the pet store, even with the promise that it will be possible to return if it should be broken. After a short time, pieces of plastic came off the toy, so our puppy could just bite off. Back at the store, all promises were denied, and very customer-unfriendly was asked if I had "read the booklets". Worthless customer service!
