Nice quiet cemetery, where the sunlight causes nice effects. Great place to muse!
Special cemetery with old gravestones and a beautiful entrance. Main entrance is from the Graafseweg, but the cemetery can also be entered on the other side.

"This municipal cemetery from the 19th century with its beautiful, monumental gatehouse has been rediscovered, as it were. No graves have been issued for a long time. However, interest in the possibilities has increased again in recent years. Especially also residents of Nijmegen-West Fortunately, it is now possible to bury close to home again, there are currently plans to give the gatehouse a toilet facility plus a space for condolences, among other things.
On this cemetery you will also find a memorial commemorating the victims of the bombing of February 22, 1944. Initially, the victims are buried here in a mass grave. Most have been reburied elsewhere after a short time in consultation with the next of kin. "
