There is a branch of the Handyman in the Schiedam shopping center on Hoogstraat. The Handyman, a shop in all kinds of parts, is in fact a small shop, but it has proven its worth, where many shops put the known kick against the large chain stores, the Handyman has survived. Was a little before noon on a Monday, just let me in while they were not officially open yet. By mistake myself the wrong cartridges. Had already enthusiastically opened them and put them in my printer, only to find out that they were not compatible. Called immediately, could just come back. The opened cartridges were taken back without any problem. Got the good tidy plus money back as they were cheaper than the others while it was my fault! What an incredible top service, you will not find it anymore !!!!

Worthless customer. Shop is closed at 4:50 pm and they just let you stand at the door.
