Beautiful library next to the town hall in Horst INFO: BiblioNu is for everyone, young and old. There is a special youth department for children, but also educational institutions parents and educators and other interested parties can go to this department. The youth collection includes (baby) books, DVDs, magazines, puzzles and lottos for toddlers and preschoolers. BiblioNu has a special offer for pre-school institutions, primary education, secondary education and vocational education and care institutions & informal carers.
