I am a Masterstudent currently studying in Maastricht. On the website of the practice was clearly stated that students are welcome and can make an appointment. When I was there (it is quite a longer way from my home) the lady told me that I have to live in the near area. The doctors decided to only take patients from the particular city district and I can't do anything about that. So I could not make an appointment. Maastricht is a small city and it is simply a ridiculous system that not every patient is eligible to make an appointment at a practice they would like to go to. So I was sent away and had to find another practice - besides the clear statement on their website!

They are refused to help us because we are new patient. Impossible to make appointment. When I asked then where we can get help the answer was "I don't know, probably the same place you were found". Disgraceful We have been refused because we are new patients. It was impossible to make an appointment. When I asked where we could be helped, the answer was "I don't know, probably the same place where you found us". Shame!
