Friendly doctor but not 100% satisfied Wanted to get checked on skin cancer as my dermatologist back in Germany had recommended me to do regularly. The doctor eventually asked me to take my shirt off. He stayed seated behind his desk, looked for a few seconds and said "Its all good". Didnt feel like I was taken serious. My second topic was dry skin on my head. I told him that I suspect it to originate from the Regain stuff I've been using. He didn't know the product nor the chemical component in it. He concluded I should simply stop using the product. I was looking for another solution.

Appointments cannot be made here, a 10:30 appointment takes more than 20 minutes. Update Jan 8, 2020 Again they make you wait more than half an hour inhumane this plan your appointments better this practice is not advisable.

Helped by the assistants! I came in with a wound on my head. No appointment and no patients with them. Nevertheless, they checked, cleaned the wound and finally gave tetanus vaccination. Friendly and adequate!

My mother was treated by Dr. Geven. Repeatedly I advised the doctor that the mother had metastatic tumors. Doctor didn't even know the file yet. And ignored my advice. Tumor was clearly visible in her back. Here was a bump. This was made known several times to Dr. Geven. No, according to the doctor, a muscle was inflamed / shifted. At least he didn't listen to my advice. I had carefully studied my mother's file ... Doctor Geven had the muscles (ie tumor) massaged by a physio. You can imagine the pains my mother had. My mother has had 2 treatments after which she indicated that she couldn't take it anymore. Dr Giving doctor back to look at her back. My sister on speaker there. She then also pointed to the tumor at that location. "Oh, is there a tumor over there?" Was his response. Really ... I fell through disbelief. In addition, this doctor made many more mistakes. I can't believe that a lay person knows even more about a patient's file / situation than a doctor.
