Our experience for the price that we payed was OK. Definitely not bad , but neither was it exceptional. Facility's still carry a luxuriois state, but are now aged. The same goes for the furniture and technology, everything does its job, but isn't updated. The food in the restaurant was nasty, that is really the very thing that really bothered me. However lunch was delicious. Stuff was very professional and friendly. Service was as well prompt and right on time. Could be better for the price you pay, but again very much enjoyable.
Great spa resort. We enjoyed the massage and beauty treatments. Especially liked the thermal bath and ninety private restaurant. On the whole a great option for a weekend luxury trip.
Very nice spa & hotel. Room was nice with balcony & garden view.
I would have given 5 start without the slow check in & check out process and car parking which had to be paid as extra... weird as it was far from anywhere.
They don’t have any brochures in English language for services.
Nice spa, but to busy. I couldn't even go into the sauna!
Unbelievablely fantastic. Very expensive but if affordable highly recommend. Very close to Arnheim so bursting with WW2 history. Very modern, spa's and treatments blissful, rooms and foods superb. Saving to go again!
