A holistic massage at Maaike feels like coming home. Her expertise, safe atmosphere and above all full attention makes it a beneficial gift to yourself. I experienced the personal coordination as very pleasant. Maaike radiates a lot of peace and provides clarity on what may flow more. During and after the massage I feel the effects. Like releasing tension and falling into relaxation.

I was very curious how a massage at Maaike would be "different", so I had it. First of all, you are clearly asked where your needs lie for parts of your body that require extra attention and how you are generally doing. I experienced the massage as enormously relaxing, perhaps also because it lasted an hour. And also more aware of my body. That took a few more days, so I didn't immediately go into the "hurry-up" again, but listened better to my body. Very valuable and highly recommended for people who do not easily take time for themselves and therefore often need it all the more. I know where to find Maaike! Marjon

A visit to Het flows in je ensures that you get away from your daily activities and everything that goes with it. Maaike gives you a warm welcome to her beautiful practice room which immediately provides me with a certain peace of mind and body. Maaike has given me a relaxation massage several times. She has found the perfect balance between a professional attitude and an attitude where you can feel at home. Maaike coordinates well with your needs but also thinks along with you if you don't know for a moment. That is why I would also recommend a visit to Hetstroom in je for people who do not know what to expect from a massage or who have no experience with it. Thanks to the massages I now know better where tension accumulates in my body and that my body requires it to be massaged regularly. In other words: it's about time I make another appointment at Het flows in je!

I doubted that instead of going to Maaike I should go to the physio immediately, because my neck and shoulders were completely stuck. After the massage I felt reborn! The Maaike massage is not only recommended if you have muscle problems, but for anyone who wants to give themselves a wonderful massage! In addition, the practice is clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Maaike does not only massage with great attention but with heart and soul and yes, that flows! ❤
