Got a floor model of cat scratching tree it was dirty and to be honest they did not take off any of the price despite it was dirty. Normally stores would take a few off the price for a floor model. That is why I didn't give off 5 stars. staff is kind and sweet and helpful. They got good selection for pets and that is the main reason we go here. But really disappointed with the floor model after all we are buying regular in the shop and not just for a little, hopefully it won't happen again.
