Bought rings for our wedding last August, first impression was good, had a nice chat and together we came up with a beautiful design .. afterwards had to call several times after everything because Daaf (owner and maker of rings) did not hear from him. Eventually we were able to pick up the rings to our great happiness. After 2 weeks the ring was already broken, quality was very poor and the stones were already falling from the broken cases. Called about this and were of course allowed to bring the rings back for repair. Unfortunately, I soon no longer had a ring on my finger much to regret. Unfortunately we are now already 3 months further and he can no longer be reached by any means. Am afraid we have been cheated for a considerable amount !!! Our beautiful day, in this way, has a nightmare aftermath !! After writing the Google review, the ring was back within 2 days. Nicely made! Very nice!

At the request of this Goldsmith, my adapted review. In a previous review mentioned this Goldsmith as a scammer. In my frustration with waiting a long time and not communicating, that may have been the wrong choice of words. Meanwhile, after 11 months of waiting, I picked up my item yesterday. I still find it absurd that I had to wait 11 months for my item, and I found communication very poor, especially the first 10 months. Is this Goldsmith a scammer, certainly not! Would I recommend this Goldsmith, Certainly not!

Brought dog paw print there in January. Would be cast in epoxie. Called months after. Came every time new excuse. I have to give 1 star. But should actually be -10. Is just a scammer ..
