UPDATE: Still no response. I ordered baby koi food from him. I received a bag with no production date or best before date. I kept the food in the original bag, which I in turn kept in an airtight bucket. All the fish that were fed baby koi food died. While the grow box where they got ground koi food, everything went well. However, the water values ​​for both tanks were identical and I use a continuous water change. The baby koi food smelled really bad after a few days, which makes me suspect that it had expired. But without a production date or best-before date on the packaging, this cannot be proven of course ... I've tried to reach budget koi products, but they don't want to rule by mail. Only by phone between 2 and 4. But then I am also at work. I also let them know but no response since then .... However, you would expect from an internet store that they are also available via the internet. But for e-mails to be answered, they are busy ... while reviews are responded to immediately.
