Na zeker 15 bezoeken inmiddels volgens mij met alle werknemers al in contact gekomen en onze ervaring is eigenlijk altijd hetzelfde. Er word door personeel vriendelijk gereageerd en ze geven graag advies. Je merkt dat het personeel begaand is bij hun werk en een trots van eigen werkplek ervaren. Dit is is in sterk contrast tot andere dierenwinkels in Geldrop. Ik zal geen namen noemen, maar mijn ervaringen daar zijn ook altijd hetzelfde geweest. Hier was dat desinteresse, overgeprijsde producten en algehele apathie bij het personeel. Ik snap daarin het aantal sterren op Google ook niet, maargoed dat kan gemanipuleerd zijn.
Very nice shop with a wide range and run by the 2 sisters Debby and Amy, who give good, focused and professional advice. Also own grooming salon of youngest sister Joyce, a real dog whisperer. After nasty experiences and a fearful dog, we avoided grooming for years, but Joyce managed to give our old Bernese Mountain (without coercion!) The full grooming session, relaxed and wagging his tail. Really toppers !!

The staff is very friendly and we have received excellent explanations.

Today at Pets-Dream bought a hamster and all supplies. Everything was explained with enthusiasm and the hamster was already well tame. I definitely recommend this store. All time is taken. And via email I also received a booklet with information. Very nice!
