Last week delivered a carpet for cleaning on Monday and was not a problem according to the person who received it. It could be that the stains would not completely go out, but what we were allowed to pick up today was really not ok !! The stains were still the same as when they were delivered (the excuse was that they normally do not really treat this type of carpet! Why do they not state this when they are delivered? Exactly yes ...) Subsequently, we were advised to do this better in a washing machine, which we could do around the corner for € 8 (Why is this not stated when delivering it? Exactly yes ...) Then we noticed that the carpet was still full of crumbs and granules, which indicated that he did not actually clean, but did not even make the slightest effort to vacuum it! (He was going to do this this afternoon) Despite clearly not being treated, we still had to pay € 30 CASH to get our carpet back! Disgraceful service, and I hope that I can save this cheating to third parties by this review!
