Plieger Maastricht Showroom

No customer service at all! Make a lot of mistakes and are not willing to acknowledge them yourself.

Today on 10 February around 1 o'clock after the planned purchase of a new bathroom we visited the showroom of the Firma.PLIEGER in Maastricht. Nice stuff but very solid at the price compared to other similar companies. Anyway we have about 15000 euros for and available and then the price is not the first thing you look at. After looking around for about 5 minutes I saw a nice combination of a double sink and bidet with the same taps and a toilet bowl. I thought I should show that to my wife. Grab my phone and thought to shoot a few innocent pictures of these 3 objects. Even before I had pressed the button, a grumpy female voice from behind the counter sounded that no photos should be taken in their showroom. Just kidding, I thought at first. But no, it was meant to be serious. NO PHOTOS in our showroom she emphasized !!!!!!!. No photos, why? I am in a very ordinary showroom where it is full of toilet bowls and other sanitary ware and certainly not in the Rijksmuseum or Sint Pieter? How does a company get it in its head to scream potential customers through the tent like that to order. There was no other dog and / or person in the business that saved a bit, because otherwise as a possible prospective customer you will be in a good position with Jan with the Short Surname. The woman in question added very tactically and cleverly that she hadn't thought of it all. What do you think about, corporate espionage or something? Are you afraid that these photos will be secretly in the AVENUE next week? I left immediately and will never come to a PLIEGER Showroom despite their beautiful assortment. Returning home I thought, who the hell thought that up and I should have asked her. So someone is walking around that company who has thought of that. The branch manager? The Rayon manager? The Province Manager? Or even higher on the PLIEGER ladder. I don't care, because I will never come again. But whoever it is, I would say, quickly go to the doctor because this person suffers from a serious form of pursuit madness. If it is a concern of the entire management team I would say, all to the doctor all at once. What harm can a potential customer have in making a few pictures of a bidet and a sink and a toilet bowl for the home front? I have another tip for the creator of this idiotic rule. Immediately abolish that stupid photo ban because that will cost the PLIEGER firm hands full of money because a repudiated customer is no longer a customer with immediate effect. If you want to work somewhere where there is still a legitimate photo ban, then apply to the LOUVRE or something, just do it man PS. When I got home, I turned out to have taken a picture by accident. From the toilet bowl. FLUSHINGNNNN !!!!!!
