Be careful!! if you spend 15 to 20 minutes browsing and thinking which piece suits the person you care about, they might say: buy or leave. I had a very bad experience with the shop owner, although I was very polite and only ask about the things that I liked, unfortunately, it happened with me.

Very good service, last had empty battery of my watch while this watch had been there for service six months ago. My memory is failing me and I forgot this was for the tape. However, they have solved it very nicely. I would not like to have another jeweler and will have everything related to them carried out by van Velthuysen!
Very friendly staff, Ambras is the sweetest dog!
Don't even want to measure your ring size for a fee. What a dredging service, you scare away potential customers!
