Product quality is very, very, very poor. Three or four times to buy the product, each time bad. And maintenance many times still bad, can not be replaced. May 14th got a ring for my birthday, in July my finger started to turn green .. So back to the shop, the seller blamed me and my skin, I would have too much acidity .. Not even a apology for how this could happen ... I got to pick out a new ring ... A particular ring was forced on me and there was no chance to take home THE ring I got for my birthday to at least get it. still to be able to see otherwise I had to come back next week to get the same ring back ??? (Definitely not a correct solution) This employee seemed very uninterested and unsympathetic ... did not want to listen to the wishes ... After all the employees I spoke to, none of them seem to want to uphold Swarovski's reputation ... I just went again and I am sure I will not go back! Unfortunately Swarovski what a disappointment!
