No return or exchange when you bought your item online in this store. While Lucardi customer service says that I can return or exchange in any of their stores. ??????
Worst experience ever with a store. They are extremely incompetent; they broke my expensive watch while trying to change the battery. Yes, they could not execute a basic task like changing a watch’s battery!!!! On top of that, they’re very unprofessional. Their customer service were very rude and not understanding. It seemed like they were accustomed and desensitized to such complaints.

Unfortunately a bad experience. Went in 5 weeks ago for a 3rd keg in my ear. Unfortunately, ignited despite good hygiene. It turns out that the earring they put in is too big. This causes friction at night and causes it to ignite. Bad advice has also been given about not using alcohol. I never had any problems with my previous holes and then I used alcohol. I got this from another jeweler. I'll never come here for hole again. Better go to another jeweler who knows more about it.
Christmas time 2019 a nice silver / gold set of jewelry purchased with a watch and bracelet. However, the pendant of the necklace is damaged / black erosion also with the silver bracelet. Earrings were in good condition. Watch was not properly tightened so that the small screws fell out. Too bad this .. what a sad game.
