What bad service. If you leave money, everything is fine. When returning you are entitled to a refund. Can put on the receipt that you will receive a voucher but this company is not above the law. And then the unfriendly rude man who works there. Come on, do something about your service.

Information about a Zinzi jewelry requested, I was "helped" by the blonde lady who spoke to me surly and unfriendly. Clearly no sense in addressing a client properly. Selling is fine, but a little more customer-friendliness would suit her.
