Fine practice with a lot of expertise. No unnecessary massages, no-nonsense treatments, but to-the-point. A good view of CrossFit as a sport is ideal for me. That way I know when I can adjust my training in which way and which supportive exercises I can do. There is practical thinking, which is very pleasant. Highly recommended for CrossFitters!

Expert therapists, you can go quickly and you are even open on Saturdays. Practice is in the new modern building of CrossFit Gymert, so that one can also use a large exercise room with all necessary materials.
