Really good trainers. They really do help people.
Good personal training
A participant for 2 years and the flexibility in opening hours (= 24/7) enable me to exercise early in the morning. At the age of 71 I am no longer as flexible as in the past, but the very spacious club and well-equipped facilities allow me to recover as much as possible. Periodically I receive a program, tailored to my situation, with which I can enjoy myself in a targeted manner twice a week in the early morning.
During the corona closure, we are also given ample "homework" so that the lockdown stiffness and kilos remain a bit within bounds. Pleasant and informal atmosphere and tailor-made guidance

started exercising again after the summer 2020 at Anytime. immediately felt comfortable and could always ask for help and advice. also super nice and good group lessons.
Unfortunately during the 2nd lockdown, the gym had to close again, but I was immediately allowed to take some material home to continue myself and super ideal for following the bodypower class via Youtube for example. in fact, it is so bad that I sometimes find myself wanting to look in the mirror behind Viktor to see my posture haha or a lifelike lesson. I hope to be able to work out in the gym again very soon because that is still the most fun with great trainers and other athletes around you!
