Extensive eye measurement for new daily lenses. Set of trial lenses ordered, would be on Wednesday and eventually sat Saturday. Had to pay for the free trial lenses (big red sticker on the lens case that they were not for sale). Claimed and proved afterwards that they have bad experiences with customers who use the eye test and then buy lenses via internet. No problem to pay costs for a professional eye test but then be transparent about it. Set of final lenses ordered and delivery on Wednesday was finally Saturday again. Not entirely satisfied with the service, hence the three stars.
