I read this negative criticism with great surprise. Such a steel chain that constantly breaks is simply a big waste. That you dare to go to a renowned goldsmith with something like that, as always, they have been much more lenient.

Friendly staff, but lousy repair service. I got a beautiful stainless steel necklace for my birthday last year and if I don't wear it I always put it in the box it was in when I got it so it won't break. I only wear it on special occasions and never just like that. About 3 weeks after I got it, a screw went out, so I brought it to them to have it made, after I got it back I wore the chain at most 4x and it was broken again, and again there was one screw out, so I brought it back to them to have it made, just before Christmas I got the necklace back so I thought I could wear it nicely at Christmas and New Years? That's not great, I had taken the chain out of the paper bag and put it in my hand and then walked upstairs to put the chain back in the official box, but just when I was upstairs I felt something strange in my hand, to my great surprise / annoyance the chain was broken again, again there was a screw out so I could not wear it on the holidays. So again I brought them the chain and then asked if he could check all the screws now so that he wouldn't break anymore and he did. I then only wore the necklace once during a birthday. Last Saturday my dad turned 74 so we went out for dinner and of course I wanted to wear the necklace. But no, that was not possible again, because I had just put the chain around my neck and went to the mirror to see if the lock was closed properly so that I could not lose the chain, and the moment I went to the I hear something fall in the mirror, look on the floor and I got so incredibly angry, because there was my chain that I had made with them for the umpteenth time. Sorry but I think that is not possible and far from normal. I call that tinkering, then you have really done your job far from properly. I am really angry because I have always had to pay for this mess. So I will never, ever or ever go there again, I will now take the chain to another store and hopefully they know how to repair my chain so that it can never break again? I am really full of this case, nice if you are nice, but far from nice if they do not do their job properly what you always have to pay for pff. That way I can also get rich. I am really so incredibly angry
