I am concerned with communication, not with the fact that a bus is broken and whether the appointment has been moved, nobody can do anything about it ... Appointment at 8 am, at 10 am still no one seen so once called to the fixed number. Yes a colleague was unlucky, the bus had dropped out and is on the emergency lane, the person I was on the phone got at 8 am a phone call. However, he did not even know anything about the appointment. But any normal thinking person would understand that people are going to help your colleagues first. Furthermore, I don't have to expect him anymore today. They also do not know when I will be called back for a new appointment. At 8 a phone call to the boss is possible ... But you cannot go to your client / appointment and the boss himself does not think about it, because he knew nothing about the appointment. Doesn't he wonder where he was driving with the work bus?
