This taxi entrepreneur is a tsunami of aggression / deception, none of the vehicles on his site have he ever had the name address / phone number is correct the rest is fake, Arriva would know that their customers with so a subcontractor is transported who has a fleet that largely belongs to the demolition.

it seems handy, but if the taxi company does not manage the ride, you have to wait an hour. This has happened to me several times. M.a.w; you can't trust it, and that makes the service unusable. Because who is going to schedule a ride and wait and see if it will continue? Then be honest and exclude certain regions from your service. All in all a very bad experience with this taxi company. Do not arrive at the agreed time. Then inappropriate, brutal remarks from the driver (rahmin) about arriving late. No wonder the company was bankrupt before!

It is a shame that the staff is not aware of the agreements that Claessens makes via their own website. This gives unpleasant situations at checkout. The fact that an intimidating app is subsequently sent also means the end of a good airport taxi for many years. To end with the words of Claessens: "We don't mind. With us you won't get a taxi anymore" Rest me you just have to wish a bright future with such a policy.
